Why is it important to pray for Israel?

At the same time, the Church is embracing Israel and Messianic Jews, there's still a great deal of antisemitism in the world. A lot of people think there will be a political solution. But if you listen to the speech and the [declarations] coming out of the UN, everything that comes out of the United Nations is against Israel except for a few small voices. I want you to know that even though the executive branch of the United States is under our current president, he does stand with Israel very well, but most of the senators and congressmen are all for Israel. But most of the nations of the earth are turning their back on Israel and the Jews. There will not be a political solution. There will be a spiritual solution.

Now, when you pray, Heaven listens. When you pray, the Bible says, the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord. It's vital for us to be praying every day for the peace of Jerusalem, for the Messianic movement because that is God's heart for today. He says, "I will bless them that bless you, and curse those who curse you". And He's speaking of Israel. You cannot remain neutral. If you stay neutral, what will happen will be like it did in Nazi Germany.

As the Church of the Lord Jesus, as the Church of Yeshua, we have to be loud and strong and fervent in prayer in support of Israel. This is a must. It is the heart of God for every nation to support Israel. When we pray, we form history. When we pray, God can move on earth. So He's dependent upon us as Christians, as Messianic believers to call for the support of the Jewish people and the State of Israel.
